Dhandha uses Shopify API data only to provide Shopify-admin growth analysis for the merchant who installed the app.
- Data read from Shopify: recent order totals and line items, product titles, product status, prices, and inventory quantities.
- Purpose: rank growth actions such as stock risks, discount exposure, bundle opportunities, and inventory-backed campaign ideas.
- Data not requested in v1: customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing addresses, shipping addresses, payment details, storefront tracking data, or manual file uploads.
- Storage: OAuth session records are stored on the app server so Shopify can authenticate the embedded app. Growth metrics are generated from Shopify on request.
- Retention: session records are deleted when the app is uninstalled or when Shopify sends a shop redaction request. Aggregated app logs are retained only as needed to operate and debug the service.
- Sharing: Dhandha does not sell merchant or customer data and does not share Shopify data with advertising networks.
- Deletion: uninstall and privacy-law webhooks are handled at the configured webhook endpoints.
